You are the champion for our clients. You’ll ensure that every business owner and homeowner interacting with Act First feels heard, valued, and supported.
Client Advocacy: Act as the main point of contact for post-sale inquiries, ensuring a smooth transition into our growth frameworks.
Problem Solving: Proactively address client hurdles with "great communication" and a focus on measurable outcomes.
System Support: Assist clients in navigating our AI tools and CRM processes to ensure they are getting the most out of our services.
Feedback Loop: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to share client insights that help us improve our "Sales Engines."
